Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are available on our Pricing page.
Payments are processed through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime from your account settings.
Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. To request a refund, contact collabcut@gmail.com.
We may change our prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes do not affect current subscription periods.
We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee:

While we implement backup procedures, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important content. We are not liable for any data loss.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CollabCut regarding the Service.
